The error below shows when you enter the wrong username or password. 

If you forgot your password, follow the instruction below

• Choose Forgotten account? to reset your password.

• Next, enter the email address that you used to create the iRender account » send REQUEST. 

• iRender system then automatically sends you the link to your email address. Check your mailbox » click the link to reset your password.
• Enter your new password » Submit your password.
• Then log in to your iRender account with the new password.
